You are welcome to return your item to us if you are not 100% satisfied with it, within 14 days of receiving it. 

Please lodge an RMA request. You can do this and return one or more items from your order by logging into your account and going to the “View Completed Order Page. You can also call us at phone 0466341600, or email us at info@jewelcrafter.com.au if you are intending to return an item

Items must be returned unused in the original packaging with original identifier tags intact.

Full* price items are valid for a refund and must be returned to our online store to be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Items purchased on sale, (permanently marked down items), are not eligible for refunds unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality. A store credit for the purchase price will apply to these items.

 At Unique Jewellery, we have a strict no-returns or exchange policy on any earrings designed for pierced ears, unless the item is faulty, wrongly described, or not of merchandisable quality.

 We'll ask you to pay the postage to send back any item that doesn't 100% delight you unless the item is faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality, in which case we will refund you the cost of the return postage.
